We shall aggregate, retain, store, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell, or rent the Credit / financial Information to any other person and the same cannot be copied or reproduced other than as agreed here.

11. Cashback and Referrals

Company is neither legally or by any means bind to Pay Cashback or Referrals, Its solely at the discretionary of MBL.

12. Indemnification

User shall fully indemnify the MyBankLoan against any and all actions, claims, liability, costs, damages, charges and expenses suffered or incurred in connection with Loan Processing or delay by a bank / financial institution.
